It is a free business directory along with lots of local Community links to the Magical Shuswap all in one location.

WHY?

I am frequently asked "what is the catch?" Plain and simple, there’s no catch, no cost and or any obligation whatsoever.

It all started with people asking me for recommendations and or information for a Home Inspector, an Electrician, Plumber,Mortgage Broker, Notary, Fencing company, Moving company and or even just a good place to eat. As well I am continually asked for Community information such as: City Hall, Regional District, Rotary, Recreation centre, School District, Theatre etc. So that is where the idea was born, and the site evolved from.  

Owning the domain name shuswapBC.com does not hurt either. It has to be one of the better domain names out there that reflects the Shuswap !

I just finished the current version of this site earlier this year.  With about 170 businesses so far, my goal is to have 500 within the next year, and to double that for the following year.

For me the more people that visit my site, the higher I am in the searches.  So besides being good for my personal site, there is a need for a Shuswap directory offering community links all in one place. My long term goal is for it to be the main place to start your search within the Magical Shuswap ( Does not hurt to dream big :)
